Welcome! Recognized by the National School Boards Association, the Social Media Helpline is a service for schools. It’s where schools and districts can call or email to get help in resolving problems that surface in social media – problems such as cyberbullying, sexting and reputation issues. We are piloting the hotline, serving all U.S. schools this 2016-’17 school year. All school and district personnel are now welcome to call us between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the Pacific time zone. Please be patient as we grow our capacity. To find out how the helpline works, click here. For all other info, here. To support the helpline, click here.
